Turnkey will evaluate your current situation with regard to space, and how it came about. We work with our client to research, collect data, and define future space planning goals and objectives. Turnkey will organize the data and map a route to achieve your goals. The map or project plan will include resources, costs, schedules, and an implementation plan.
Turnkey will conduct detailed analysis of your work process, department adjacencies, existing conditions, and current & future needs. Turnkey will create a program of space requirements based on organizational information received. This systematic process of data gathering provides you with a square foot requirement that can be validated. This is not a "shot in the dark" number. It is verifiable information that ultimately will save you money. Your company is educated in square foot needs, how much, and when.
Through review of the lease agreements, Turnkey can make clear what is already included in the space and what will be provided in the built-out. Ensuring you make educated decisions before signing. Turnkey provides "Test-fits" and building evaluations of potential spaces to aid in selection. The space-plan will take in to account primary requirements for number of personnel, private offices, reception, open areas and auxiliary rooms for storage, files, pantry, conference, etc.
Turnkey's designers work through all design elements and program requirements to create space plans, building finish concepts, and furniture selections that are functional, visually appealing, and reflect company branding and culture; always taking into consideration budget and time constraints.
